8 ounce cream cheese softened
1/4 cup medium salsa
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried tarragon leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel grated
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & mix until smooth.
Goes well with crackers, bread, tortilla chips, vegetables, chicken and fish.
